Tibetan Dorjie Locket Mala.
Malas — also known as yoga prayer beads or japamalas — are necklaces that usually have 108 beads. Mala, Sanskrit for “garland,” is often used to enhance spiritual practice.  You may see people use malas while practicing yoga, as a meditation object, to  pray a mantra or sacred word. This mala is designed to be able to slide the beads so you can meditate counting beads.
This mala has been designed so you can slide the beads to facilitate counting mantra during meditation. Simply slide the macramé up and down to release or to tension the silk cord.
Vajra is a Sanskrit word, in Tibetan it is called a dorje. It is related to the word for diamond, and appears to be similar to the thunderbolt weapon carried by the Vedic god Indra, and the Olympian Zeus. As a thunderbolt weapon it destroys both internal and external enemies.
Om or aum (pronounced ah-uu-mm) is a sacred sound considered by many ancient philosophical texts to be the sound of the universe, encompassing all other sounds within it. In Sanskrit, om is called Pranava, which means to hum, and is considered an unlimited or eternal sound.
